Washable parts, excluding the motors, can be sterilized using boiling water, steam, or a sterilizer. Disinfection should be at 100°C/212°F for 5-10 minutes. Avoid using microwave or UV light, as this can accelerate the aging and damage the parts.

1. Please check if the parts are assembled correctly. If not, please assemble the parts correctly according to the instructions.
2. Replace the spare duckbill valve and diaphragm. Our set comes with two sets of spare replaceable duckbill valves and diaphragms.

The duckbill valves and silicone diaphragm should be replaced every 1-3 months to prevent suction loss. All the accessories are available in our Amazon store.
